VIP Jireh Rent a Car – Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

1. Reservations and Cancellations: 1.1. When making a reservation with VIP Jireh Rent a Car, a deposit or full payment is required to confirm the booking. 1.2. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the rental start date: 100% of the deposit or full payment will be refunded.
  • Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the rental start date: No refunds will be provided.

2. Reservation Modifications: 2.1. Any modifications to the reservation (date changes, vehicle category, extras, etc.) are subject to availability. 2.2. VIP Jireh Rent a Car will make every effort to accommodate modifications, but availability is not guaranteed. 2.3. If modification is not possible, cancellation policies will apply based on the original reservation date.

3. No Show: 3.1. If the customer fails to appear for vehicle pickup on the agreed date and time without canceling the reservation, no refunds will be issued.

4. Early Return: 4.1. If the vehicle is returned before the agreed-upon return date and time, no refunds will be provided for unused days.

5. Vehicle Conditions: 5.1. VIP Jireh Rent a Car reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit in case of vehicle damage during the rental period. 5.2. Refunds related to vehicle damage will be assessed case by case and adjusted based on repair costs and customer responsibility.

6. Cancellation by VIP Jireh Rent a Car: 6.1. In exceptional cases, such as technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, VIP Jireh Rent a Car might need to cancel a reservation. 6.2. If VIP Jireh Rent a Car cancels a reservation, a full refund of the deposit or payment will be provided.

7. Refund Process: 7.1. Refunds will be processed within [10] business days from the cancellation or modification request date. 7.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the reservation.
